佘詩曼（阿佘）明日（5月28日）42歲生日，近日已經收到不少鮮花禮物。昨晚阿佘更有湯盈盈、姚樂怡、梁靖琪及鍾麗淇等好姊妹，為她預祝生日，阿佘感動留言：「Girlfriends will make you laugh so hard you snort(in a nice restaurant),hold you when you hurt,and always seem to know just when you need them the most.So glad to have you girls on the birthday....!」，大致意思是指女性朋友在你受傷時會抱住你，當你有需要時又總會知道，好開心生日和她們一起。
