歌神許冠傑的43歲大仔許懷欣（Ryan），於2018年11月自爆患膀胱癌並已做手術，要5年內每半年檢查一次，至去年8月在網上宣布好消息，身上癌細胞已經全部清除，令人替他高興。
許懷欣今日在社交平台上載到醫院檢查的照片，透露早上接受一項膀胱鏡檢查，很開心報告出來沒有癌症復發，「Kicked off September with another cystoscopy this morning and happy to report that I'm still cancer free. Next month will be two years since I first found out I had a cancerous bladder tumor so this was a good milestone. Thanks for all the support & stay healthy!! 🙏🚑🙏🚑🙏🚑🙏🚑🙏🚑🙏🚑🙏🚑🙏🚑🙏🚑🙏」
