現年39歲譚凱琪（Zoie）今年3月與拍拖8年男友莊日宇（Enrico）低調結婚，6月宣布懷孕喜訊，今日她在社交平台宣布順利誕下B女，母女平安，並上載一張BB的腳仔相。
