選美場上明爭暗鬥可謂司空見慣，但當中亦有例外，好似2003年港姐冠軍曹敏莉、亞軍楊洛婷及季軍戚黛黛，當選至今足足15年，依然非常好感情，實在難得。而她們亦先後升呢人妻，曹敏莉和楊洛婷更已為人母，各自過著幸福生活。
今日是曹敏莉36歲生日，她在ig上載了日前與楊洛婷和戚黛黛相聚兼為她慶生的照片，並留言說：Celebrating my birthday with my dear girlfriends ❤️ #15years #Crazy&Sweet
而楊洛婷也在其ig感觸地說：「15 years ago a beauty pageant brought us together. Not only have we gone through so much together, our friendship has strengthened over the years. We laugh, we cry, we love and we annoy, but these memories we make will last a lifetime. We are so thankful to have each other! Happy 15th Friendiversary!! .」
